The record for the most centuries in a single innings of a cricket match is six, a feat that has been achieved twice in first-class cricket. Holkar vs. Mysore (1945-46): In a Ranji Trophy match in India, six different batsmen from Holkar scored centuries in their first innings. Multan vs. Lahore Blues (2023-24): This same record was tied in a Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match in Pakistan when six batsmen from the Multan team all made hundreds. In Test cricket, the record is five centuries in a single innings, which has also occurred on several occasions. The first instance was by the Australian team against the West Indies in 1955.
